A. 25 strict w/blue band. This is a big improvement for me. B. 16:04 heavily moded though strict press 25lb db and not t2b but swing practice. Burpees werent as bad as expected.Sue
A: strict PU. 1 every 30 sec for 10 minB: 17:55 HSPU to purple block
A. 5-6 sets of 5 strick PU, then sets of 3 wi/20Lb DB. B. 17:22 - ( HSPU Mod to 10 reps) w/1-block, but , should have used 2 blocks in round 2/3. or let my hair grow longer.
